Or goal as new breeders if to do things maybe a bit differently. Rather than saying socializing started, potty training started, etc., we aim to show that on our page. If you put down a deposit on a pup, we want you to see your pup being socialized, being potty trained, growing, and learning. Soon in another post we will be showing the parents lineage, to show Elwood has a champion in his lineage, and Sadie a Grand Champion. We plan to slow how we are socializing and training the pups.

We also are very adamant about giving the pups plenty growth time with their mother. We intend to keep the pups around their mother, not letting them move to their new permanent human parents until they are 10 weeks old. While 8 weeks may be the standard, sorry, we believe what they learn from their for fur mom those other 2 weeks is valuable to the pup. In this period they are learning how biting effects their siblings and how mom is less tolerant of it. It gives the pups 2 more weeks to learn to play with other pups. It also gives us 2 more weeks to train your new pup. Your pup we’ll havea start on some basic obedience when you receive it.

We want you to love and adore your new little furry friend. These dogs are special. Always remember these words though, a bored Griffon is a bad Griffon. They will find something to do. Don’t blame your dog for getting into things if it does not receive the exercise and love they crave. We are not saying if it’s awake it has to be busy. You just have to use judgement and know it’s mind and body are receiving the attention, exercise, and stimulus they need.
